Asbestos in the workplace

Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, you are under a legal duty to identify whether or not there is any asbestos present in your premises. The Health and Safety Executive is increasing the number of spot checks, so use this checklist to help ensure you’re not caught out.
