To provide some detail to accompany your organisational chart on environmental matters use our template.

What’s covered?

This Environmental Organisation document is designed to provide information on who does what in each topic area.

The first section includes a general statement which explains that each individual has environmental responsibilities including directors, managers, employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors.

The second part lists areas which typically would need to be covered. These vary from overall responsibility for environmental matters through to specific responsibilites for energy management, noise control, air emissions etc. Next to each one you should write the name of the individual who has the responsibility listed.
