Flow chart - client responsibilities, stage 3: project implementation

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 clients are given detailed legal requirements for the organisation of construction works. Follow our flow chart to assist you through the third stage before work begins.

How does it work?

This Flow Chart - Client Responsibilities, Stage 3: Project Implementation is a very simple to follow, step by step guide to working through the third and final stage of project preparations.

Stage 3 leads you through the final preparations before work starts on site. It ensures that subcontractors are properly appointed, that the HSE is notified of the project, if applicable, and that key tasks are completed such as scheduling, setting out responsibilities and receiving reports.
