Making things right

A “withdrawal” of a product is the term used when a product has not yet reached consumers, while a “recall” occurs if the product has already reached them. Our Product Recall/Withdrawal Form has been designed to assist in the removal of a product from the market.

It asks you to note the business name, full product information and details of correspondence with each client. When the recall is complete, use the form to review how you did and identify any corrective actions to take in future.
