When to use our form

Our Work Platform Inspection Record enables you to formally check the safety of any platform which doesn’t fit the norm.

How to use it

When a temporary platform is to be installed undertake a design process as you should for any temporary works.

Use our form to double check your plan. Begin by completing the location and project details, then work through the questions in order. If there are questions you cannot answer with “Yes” or “Not applicable”, tick the “F/I” box and enter further information in the box at the end. On completion, the form should be signed, dated, actioned and kept on file.
