Occupational health management checklist
Priorities for the enforcing authorities have changed and businesses are now much more likely to be questioned on their occupational health arrangements. If you’re not sure how you would fare under scrutiny, use our checklist.
Why use it?
Our Occupational Health Management Checklist is designed to give you an overview of your current level of compliance and to prompt you to take further action where weaknesses are revealed. By using it you’ll protect and potentially improve the health of your workforce. You’ll also avoid being caught on the back foot should your insurer or the enforcing authorities ask questions.
What’s covered?
Our checklist looks at occupational health requirements at recruitment, for existing workers and for those returning from sickness absence. It covers risk assessment, policies, minimum fitness requirements, working time, welfare facilities within the workplace and health surveillance.
