Developing and reviewing your PPE

Your PPE should be continually evolving to keep in line with your business needs. If you are defending your company against a prosecution or personal injury claim, it might not be enough to simply say the individual was provided with PPE. Use our PPE Feedback Form to evidence that you have sought the wearer’s opinions, whether it was effective and comfortable and, if not, why not.

Completing the document

The document is simple for the user to complete and should take them no more than five to ten minutes.

Once completed and returned to you, it can be used to assess further PPE requirements, and in the event of a prosecution to demonstrate your commitment to continual improvement.
