When moving, it’s vital to scrutinise the proposed premises for health and safety issues. If ignored, they may cause you additional expense after the purchase or tenancy agreements have been signed.

What’s covered?
Use our checklist to help you identify the main health and safety issues. The list is not meant to be exhaustive and you can add other items depending on the type of premises. It covers whether the building has any asbestos, issues with remaining machinery, fire precautions, services and environmental issues.
