Why you need our register

The first step in most environmental management systems is usually to identify the legislation that applies and how. But even if you don’t want to go for certification under ISO14001, it doesn’t hurt to show that you know a bit about the waste legislation that affects you. Part 1 lists the most commonly applicable waste legislation in England.

Refer to associated internal documentation). The first three columns are completed and the fourth is free for you to provide details of how the legislation affects your business and what you’ve done about it.
