On the first page you should describe the current arrangements. You are prompted to provide sufficient detail including the location, number and type of portable extinguishers, hose reels, fire suppression systems, such as sprinklers, and equipment for fire fighters such as wet/dry risers and fire fighting lifts.
Pages two and three look at specific aspects of the fire fighting equipment provision so that you can decide if what you have is adequate or whether improvements are needed.
